They will not be getting clear signals that the the impact of their behaviors (the culture they are creating) is not in alignment with their intent.</description>

Innovation, diversity, social involvement, and inclusion (also exclusion) seem to function as the main spokes on a wheel that has its hub centered in organizational culture. Leadership emits the cues that can drive that wheel right off a cliff, if they are not careful!</description>
